Job Duties

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles and standards
• Analyze and manage the Company cash flow situation
• Accurately prepare and process the executive payroll while maintain confidentiality
• Coordinate the external audit process and liaise with external agencies and provide accurate information
• Prepare and analyze the management accounts and other reports in a timely manner based on management requirements
• Perform the internal audit control function within the organization and report findings and remedial actions to the Management
• Manage and maintain the ERP system

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 45
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in a similar capacity, good knowledge of accounting practices and principals.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry will be valued.
• Accounting degree, professional qualification or equivalent
• Ability to use accounting software/ ERP.
• Good understanding of Import-Export businesses and foreign currency transactions.
• Proficient user of Microsoft office
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and team management skills
