Accounts Officer Full-Time

Job Role

  • Process customer invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Arrange printed invoices for delivery together with all required supporting documents.
  • Handle invoice counter operations and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Receive customer payments and ensure accurate invoice processing at the counter.
  • Maintain and update the invoice handover book to ensure proper record keeping.
  • Ensure all invoice-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth invoice processing and delivery.
  • Perform other invoice administration duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Male Candidates
  • Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L).
  • AAT qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid riding/driving licence.
  • Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle invoices, customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Candidates residing in Kadawatha, Siyambalape, Kiribathgoda, or Biyagama will be given preference.
