Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related issues raised by the business users, by providing both on-site and remote support depending on need
Respond to and resolve support escalations and inquiries from other Business Application Specialists to provide functional/technical application support wherever necessary
Ensure all ERP related issues directed by users are logged through the helpdesk system
Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by Management
Requirements
Male/Female
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 2-year experience supporting/working with a reputed ERP system
Knowledge report designing tools such as SSRS, Crystal
