Admin Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Manage and organize personnel files and confidential employee information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Maintain and update HR databases with employee information and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters and policy updates.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement and talent development programs.


Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age Below 25
  • GCE A/L
  • Minimum 6 months or 1 year in experience 
  • Computer Literacy
