Job Duties:
Cafeteria & Food Service Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with food vendors, catering services, and suppliers for menu planning, pricing, and food quality.
- Monitor cafeteria inventory and ensure timely replenishment of food and beverage supplies.
- Handle vendor contracts, negotiations, and payments for cafeteria services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Address employee feedback and concerns regarding cafeteria services to improve overall satisfaction.
- Ensure proper waste management and sustainability practices in the cafeteria.
General Administration:
- Manage housekeeping and facility maintenance to ensure a clean and safe work environment (Related areas).
- Oversee office supplies, pantry management, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with facility management teams for repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Handle logistics for corporate events, meetings (Internal & External), VIP visits and training sessions (In-house), including catering arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies in all administrative areas.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to cafeteria operations and facility management.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for administrative expenses.
- Managing Visitor Management System and security of external visitors.
- Implementation of the special projects delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Male/ Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, facility management, or cafeteria operations in a corporate, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Experience in vendor management, including food suppliers, housekeeping, and maintenance service providers.
- Experience in handling employee queries and feedback to improve cafeteria and workplace services.
