Admin & Procurement assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist procurement with material sourcing, obtaining quotations, price comparisons, and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, delivery notes, supplier invoices, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery for interior projects.
  • Maintain inventory and stock records, supporting material tracking for projects.
  • Assist project teams with showroom visits, material selections, and basic coordination tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and monitor general office maintenance.
  • Support HR/Ops with attendance updates, record keeping, and other admin tasks.
  • Provide overall admin assistance to project managers and management.

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age below 35
  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Admin / Procurement / Office Assistant roles.
  • School leavers / After A/L students with strong interest in admin work may also apply.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala & English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Candidates living near Piliyandala, Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Kesbewa, Moratuwa, Ratmalana preferred.
