Administration Manager Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Enhance administrative systems and policies. 
  • Enhance the efficiency of Procurement Process.
  • Organizing and promoting office events.
  • Managing building maintenance. 
  • Monitoring support staff including security, janitorial, and drivers.

Requirements 

  • Male / Female 
  • Age below 45
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or related fields. Requires 8-10 years’ experience in administration field. 
  • Experience in building management.
  • Requires excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
