Administrative Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Creating invoices
  • Preparation of sales/management reports.
  • Managing/coordinating all the administrative, follow-up and supporting related work. 
  • Updating and analyzing sales information, formulating sales reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, documenting meeting minutes etc.
  • Administration of ERP systems and maintaining relevant documentation
  • Coordination with other internal departments 

Requirements 

  • Female
  • Age below 35
  • Diploma or any professional qualification will be add an advantage 
  • Minimum 1- 2 year experience in a similar job role is essential. 
  • Excellent Communication skills in English/Sinhala both verbal and written.
  • Experience in IT literacy (MS office) and ERP systems 
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a competitive environment
