Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure smooth operation of the local procurement function while establishing service level agreements with all vendors by calling for tenders and quotations to fulfill the group requirements.
Ensuring the building maintenance and upkeep is done while monitoring all support staff (security, janitorial, drivers and other minor staff) of the group.
Ability to independently liaise with CMC, Police, Labor tribunal and other government institutions and relevant authorities as and when required.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, and all corporate events and catering to those requirements.
Be an advisory role to the HR and Finance department in carrying out disciplinary hearings, following up with Bad debtors and other corrective action when needed.

Degree or certification in relation to business Administration, procuring or related field. Having accounting/legal experience or MBA will be an added advantage.
Possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an administrative role handling a procurement budget.
Having experience in building management & maintenance, managing support staff while maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders (internal/ external/ PVT sector and GOVT sector) will be essential.
Ability to work independently, creatively with minimum supervision in a timely manner.
Have excellent analytical, negotiation, implementation, evaluation skills and should be highly self-motivated.
Be able to demonstrate proven strong leadership qualities and manage a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
