Administrative secretary Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support.
  • To be able to manage the diary, meeting appointments, traveling arrangements, phone calls, emails
  • and other relevant reminders.
  • Receive incoming emails/ mail memos and route them to appropriate parties.
  • Schedule internal/external meetings and take minutes if necessary.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and safekeeping of all confidential and 
  • sensitive documents.
  • Assisting in monitoring and following up with tender documents, invoicing, and agreements for 
  • trouble-free business performance
  • Any other job that may be required by the management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Age below 35
  • Degree or diploma in business management or professional qualification in the Secretarial field.
  • Hands-on experience with attention to detail and display initiative, minimum 2 years.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills and social etiquette
  • Possesses commendable oral or written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to demonstrate responsibility, honesty, and integrity at all times and display initiative.
