• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding technical issues.
• Provide remote or on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve product-related problems primary issues.
• Document and report all service activities, including repairs & replacements.

• NVQ 3 or 4/NCT or Technical related Qualifications
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
