Job Duties

• Lead, inspire, and mentor the service and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
• Oversee parts and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage and control budgets while driving aftermarket sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (CIM qualification will be an added advantage).
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of Cummins products is preferred.
• Proven expertise in client service, inventory, and team management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
