Lead and coordinate group-wide, asset-specific AI process automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and mapping internal workflows.
Collaborate closely with IT teams and external vendors to design, implement, and deploy AI and automation solutions.
Oversee implementation timelines, ensure effective user adoption, and track efficiency gains and manpower optimization outcomes.
Ensure effective utilization of AI tools for analytics automation, reporting, and enhanced customer and tenant insights.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, developing SOPs, monitoring system performance, and recommending enhancements to maximize ROI from AI and automation investments.
Group tenants by category and monitor category-level performance, including benchmarking top and bottom performers.
Provide data-driven insights to support tenant churn analysis and retention planning.
Support the development, execution, and analysis of Tenant Satisfaction Index (TSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through surveys and simple application-based tools.
Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision-making and performance reviews.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation, process automation, digital transformation, or business analytics roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or similar technologies.
Proven exposure to internal process mapping, manpower optimization, and workflow redesign initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with practical experience in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI and/or Tableau preferred).
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into automated solutions and AI-driven workflows.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive change adoption and user engagement across the organization.
