Provide Level-1 support on Core Banking System (CBS).
Work closely with the CBS vendor for Level 3 support.
Carry out day-to-day CBS maintenance, system configuration and parameterization.
Deploy software releases related activities of the release management process.
Participate in Testing and UAT of all patches/Incident fixes.
Perform the mock run for month-end and year-end simulations and provide reports.
Support Core Banking Upgrade project.
Responsible for smooth day closure operations.
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly backups & restore procedures.
Monitor production system notifications to diagnose and solve application-related problems.

Age below 35
A degree/diploma in Information Technology.
Minimum two years of experience in relevant field.
Knowledge of Microsoft products, Microsoft SQ.L Server tools, Databases (MS SQ.L, Oracle, MY SQ.L), Operating systems (MS Windows Servers and Linux), and Report development tools.
Experience in query and store procedures optimization (SQ.L is preferable).
A good understanding of Core Banking Applications and banking business processes.
Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
Ability to work under pressure by establishing priorities.
