Job Duties

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Lead digital marketing efforts (social media, email, performance marketing, website content).
• Integrate sustainability messaging into brand campaigns.
• Conduct market and consumer research to inform brand strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused campaigns.
• Support internal brand communication and employee engagement.
• Coordinate development of consistent brand content across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Track campaign performance and brand health metrics to guide improvements.
• Stay current with marketing and sustainability trends; propose innovative strategies.

Requirements

• Age below 45
• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in brand or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful brand campaigns.
• Strong interest in sustainability and purpose-driven branding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Creative and strategic thinker with brand-building passion.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Mailchimp is a plus.
