Job Duties

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance.
• Attend to planned repairs and breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and rectify machinery issues (e.g., Sterilizers, Canning Lines, Pasteurizers, etc.).
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Lead engineering team to optimize plant performance (OEE).

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 40
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics (BSc, HND, NDT).
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/FMCG industry.
• Experience with TETRA/UHT plants is a plus.
• Knowledge in plant installation/commissioning is an advantage.
