Job Duties

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and machinery in the plant.
• Support senior engineers in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide technical assistance during installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Prepare and maintain mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Support root cause analysis for recurring mechanical issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 06 Months Or 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment 
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment and support shifts if required.
