Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements, Organizational Charts and Job Descriptions for all positions.
Recruiting, Testing, and Interviewing candidates and assist in selection.
Preparing the employees for jobs by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs as well as implement and follow up on shadow program.
Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results to coach and discipline employees; schedules management conferences with employees; hears and resolve employee grievances; counsels employees and supervisors in consultation with Head of – HR.
Maintains records; represents company at hearings at LT and Labor Courts.
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and delivering KPIs on time
Maintaining human resources staff KPI delivery by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and ensuring results.
Achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submits information for budget preparation; schedules related expenditure; monitors and analyzes variances on costs.
Maintaining relationship among Head office, departments, and Branches through documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and addressing continuing needs.
All other HR related matters from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
Diploma on labor laws and Industrial Relations would be an added advantage
Knowledge on Information technology especially on MS Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English Language
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
