Assistant Manager Apartment Customer Service & Compliance (High-rise Building) Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for apartment residents and address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with apartment rules, regulations, and community guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other service providers to resolve resident issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident communications, complaints, and compliance matters.
  • Assist in resident onboarding, move-in, and move-out procedures.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor activities to ensure compliance with building policies.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and operational procedures within the property.
  • Prepare reports related to customer service activities and compliance status.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and contribute to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age below 45
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, property management, apartment management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of apartment management practices and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference.
