Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Category Management and Space Planning, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in space planning tools; experience with SPACEMAN software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
