Develop and implement electrical energy management strategies to optimize power consumption, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
Lead initiatives focused on predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance cost reduction through process improvements and effective resource planning.
Identify and integrate renewable energy solutions and alternative power systems to support sustainable and energy-efficient operations.
Ensure full compliance with electrical safety, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and regulatory standards, targeting zero non-conformities through audits and corrective action plans.
Support automation improvements using strong expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation systems, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Conduct electrical safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification, implementing preventive and corrective measures to maintain a safe workplace.

Male
Age below 40
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, energy management systems, plant electrical operations, or manufacturing electrical engineering roles.
Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, VFD drives, motor control systems, power distribution, and automation troubleshooting.
Familiarity with energy efficiency projects, predictive maintenance tools, and electrical compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the workplace will be preferred.
