Job Duties

• Utility management including maintenance activities (large scale 4 wood chip fired thermic oil heaters, large scale wood-chippers.  water intake and consumption, 2500 mc per day / chillers, compressors & water treatment and waste recycle facility.
• Ensure all thermic fluid heaters well maintained and ensure most efficient Operation.
• Ensuring all chillers operation at higher efficiency as per the demand from production floor.
• Operation and maintain all compressors as per the factory demand.
• Repair and maintain all wood-chippers, Splitters and ensure healthy operation all the time.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the utility equipment’s and machinery.
• Plan operation, maintenance and repair of facility and equipment’s.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 35
• BSC engineering (mechanical or process) / NDT mechanical engineering
• 3 – 10 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Sound knowledge in ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems
• Sound communications skills both English and Sinhala
• Project exposure and TPM or lean six sigma balk belt will be an added advantage
• Optimizing cost of maintenance.
• Ensure that all compliance standards are maintain by the department. (ISO,EMS,QMS)
