Responsibilities
- Conduct performance appraisals of officers and below category employees using SAP SF system.
- Identify non performances and make suitable actions to improve performances.
- Design, develop, deliver, evaluate and keep records of training and learning interventions.
- Design
and implement employee relations management programs in relation to
conflict resolution, grievance handling, workplace harassment, staff
well being, improved employee supervisor relationship and creating
discipline.
- Ensuring the implementation & adherence of relevant HR policies & standards within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualification
- Knowledge in labor laws and regulations and health & safety standards
- Possess
at least 5 years work experience
- Be an excellent team player
