Assistant Manager Human Resources (Disciplinary/Employee Relations) Full-Time
Job Duties
Carry out investigations, grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings, harassment cases in line with the company procedure
Ensuring the implementation & adherence of relevant HR policies & standards in company
Design and implement employee relations management programmes in related to conflict resolution, grievance handling, workplace harassment, and staff wellbeing, improved employee supervisor relationship and creating discipline.
Arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and facilities as required in order to ensure the effective use of skill matrix
Conduct performance appraisal of employees, Identify non performances and make suitable actions to improve performances.
Conduct CSR activities in order to meet strategic business goals of the company.

Male / Female
Age below 40
A BSc degree or PQ in Human Resources Management
Be multiskilled, with exposure in handling associate staff members
Possessing at least 1-3 years’ experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing organization.
Be an excellent team player
