Job Duties 

• Assist in developing and executing risk-based internal audit plans and programs.
• Conduct audits of branches, business units, and functions in line with the approved audit calendar.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with RBI regulations, and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare detailed working papers, clearly documenting audit testing and findings.
• Draft concise and insightful audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up with departments to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit recommendations.
• Support investigations into fraud, operational lapses, or other irregularities.
• Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives in the audit process.
• Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and regulatory audits.
• Stay updated with regulatory developments, especially RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
• Foster a culture of compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements 

• Male 
• Age below 40
• CA / MBA (Finance) / CIA / CISA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably within NBFCs or the BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.
• Proficiency in audit tools and familiarity with data analytics is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
