• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
• Strengthen information security systems including firewalls, endpoint protection, network monitoring, and access controls.
• Conduct regular security assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response and problem resolution for infrastructure and security-related issues.
• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for infrastructure and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal system performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.

Proficiency in

• LAN/WAN, routing & switching, VPN technologies
• Windows/Linux server administration & virtualization
• Cybersecurity tools, firewall technologies
• Cloud platforms – added advantage
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft products, or equivalent preferred.
