Assistant Manager-Marketing Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Support promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve brand positioning and market presence.

 

Job Requirements

  • Male Candidates
  • Partly or fully qualified in SLIM / CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
  • Good understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
