Job Duties

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports to enable data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.
• Coordinate and compile special financial and operational reports as requested by the Head of Finance.
• Develop and manage real-time financial and operational dashboards, ensuring up-to-date visibility for key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of monthly performance reports, maintaining data consistency and compliance with deadlines.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to department heads to support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise the timely and transparent processing of incentive payments for front-line staff.
• Work closely with branch leaders and HODs to align incentive plans with broader business strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to align and streamline performance management processes and reporting systems.
• Support the execution of funding strategies in coordination with the Treasury team.
• Lead the implementation and governance of AI-driven Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 35
• Fresh Graduate or Undergraduate in MIS/ Finance or Business Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical thinking with a strategic approach to data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
