Assistant Manager - Operations Full-Time

Job Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Set and maintain high standards for customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, along with HO OPS
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations - BOH to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.
  • Address any operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of food and beverage service.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices.
  • Assist in overseeing daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor guest service standards and respond to operational issues promptly to ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working conditions.
  • Report regularly to the HO OPS on operational performance and key initiatives.

 

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards.
