Job Duties

• Evaluate technical and financial feasibility of new product developments (covered yarn) and conduct risk assessments prior to approvals.
• Manage development-to-bulk transition, ensuring process validation, machine readiness, and minimal deviations.
• Ensure technical reliability, specification governance, and documentation integrity.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for development-related issues.
• Validate machines and processes for new product setups; authorize bulk production release.
• Engage with customers to provide commercially viable technical solutions and align expectations with internal capabilities.
• Oversee outsourced development partners through technical audits and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Support management with additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Textile / Process Engineering preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in yarn product development, technical validation, and development coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
