Job Duties 

• Ensure to have Product enhancement and standardized process, ensure effectiveness of productive efforts and meeting with given production targets.
• Coordination in building enhanced manufacturing process to meet overall equipment effectiveness by using available equipment and quality standards.
• Reduce dipping rejections by meeting given targets with improved production planning process by identifying the wastage and to make proper actions to eliminate it
• Effective use of manpower to maximize output with a proper plan in relation to labour cost.
• Managing and controlling the material consumption by reducing it’s cost & overheads by identifying the issues related to cost in the production process.
• Follow most effective best practices to achieve business excellence such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma. 
• Work to have a proper plan to reduce the Turnover & absenteeism to meet current ratios and encourage workforce to have long term working plan to support the production process.

Requirements

• Male / Female 
• Age below 40
• A BSc degree or a higher diploma in Polymer Science/Chemistry, production management 
• Be multiskilled, with exposure to glove manufacturing industry
• Possessing at least 2-4 years’ experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing organization.
• Be an excellent team player
