Ensure quality assurance process is functioned in an effective way.
Conduct awareness training on quality assurance function and SAP QM module.
Identify resources to proceed QA process
Ensure resources including manpower are utilized effectively.
Ensure cross-functional objectives are proceeding in an effective way.
Discuss with relevant departments / sections about external customer complaints and take appropriate actions to prevent recurrences.
Ensure corrective/ preventive actions are maintained in the process effectively by doing follow up audits after reasonable time gap.
Ensure to implement required actions in the process against product audits carried out by the customer/ agent.
Ensure manufacturing process is carried out as per the validated specifications
Make required changes to the process specification after discussing with technical and production teams.
Conduct internal process audits and discuss with relevant departments.
Keeping all kinds of data pertaining to QA, gathering, summarizing and presenting time to time as per the management requirement.
Reduction of quality failure cost by 5% than 2017 figures in Unsupported QA, Reduction of Customer complaints to 12 numbers in unsupported section, Operational Improvements (Internal Process), People Training & Development (Learning and Development)

A Bachelor’s Degree in physical / Science, Business Admin equivalent. or NDT/BSc Polymer Technology/ and MSC in Polymer. & Diploma in quality Management –SLSI
Minimum of 05 years of experience in Quality Assurance in senior position & 02 Years’ experience in similar capacity.
