Assistant Manager Supply Chain Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Organize the movement of products from suppliers to customer locations. 
  • Physically reconcile all supply chain products with respective invoices and supply documents
  • Preparation of import documentation of products to be purchased. 
  • Perform physical stock checks of warehouses & storage locations
  • Managing warehouse and storage locations
  • Check and examine quality of materials before arranging dispatches through supply chains. 
  • Supply materials on time to meet customer requirements and deadlines. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to supply of products.
  • Check, inspect and manage material returns from customers and retail stores. 
  • Document all materials return records to troubleshoot quality issues. 
  • Implement best standards in supply chain activities.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar capacity 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
