Job Duties:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier assessment, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network to ensure competitive pricing and dependable supply channels.
• Work closely with chefs and production teams to identify suitable alternatives/substitutes while maintaining product standards.
• Track market conditions, raw material trends, and pricing fluctuations to support proactive purchasing decisions.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant sourcing practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of all raw materials and supplies to support continuous production.
• Reduce wastage through effective purchasing planning and inventory coordination.
• Strengthen procurement processes, documentation, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive strategic cost reduction while maintaining consistent quality and optimizing COGS.
• Build long-term vendor relationships and continuously monitor supplier performance.

• Age below 40 
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, Purchasing/Logistics courses) are an added advantage.
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of raw material markets, pricing trends, and seasonal variations.
• Familiarity with risk assessment, ethical sourcing practices, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, transforming business environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
