Job Duties

• Liaison with external suppliers to find alternative materials and do feasibility study for their suitability
• Perform Validation and scale-up for new concept trials
• Evaluate and Implement low cost Nitrile and chemicals in disposable and HH manufacturing
• Benchmarking formulation and cut down unnecessary chemicals 
• Work on finding alternative material to arrest chronic issues existing product enhancement/value addition initiatives for customer satisfaction
• Validation of unsupported HH and Industrial Nitrile gloves Improve the product for better performance ratings
• Make products free of scrutinized chemicals
• Coordinate with sales and overseas team on customer requirements and make prototypes/samples
• Ensure the information transfer is adequate, accurate and prompt for new orders
• Motivate team members to maintain the labs as 5S standards and GMP guidelines
• Take part in internal and external trainings
• Impart training to team members on technical aspects of process Knowledge sharing from external supplier visits

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 45
• A Bachelor's Degree/ NDT in polymer science, Chemistry, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 04 years of experience in similar capacity. (Glove Manufacturing)
