Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT or a related field.
Proven experience in managing wharf operations, customs clearance,
documentation and IT development.
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, documentation requirements, and IT systems within the logistics domain.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to logistics operations.
Proficient in daily interactions and coordination with Sri Lanka Customs.
