Job Duties:

• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with retail partners.
• Support partners in achieving business targets through effective coordination and guidance.
• Plan and organize appreciation events, networking sessions, and engagement activities for tenants.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth retail operations and store openings.
• Organize monthly review sessions and performance discussions with retail partners.
• Ensure tenants adhere to mall policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of tenant details, store layouts, and hierarchy changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams for retailer participation in promotional campaigns.
• Organize quarterly meetings with key retailer representatives to strengthen collaboration.
• Gather and report on feedback forms to track relationship quality and engagement metrics.

• Female
• Age below 40
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, tenant management, or shopping mall coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience in data-driven reporting.
