Leasing of Retail space in Mall and build occupancy of the mall
To identify new potential clients who are keen to expand.
Lead Generation, Evaluation of lease offers, Negotiating terms & rentals, and deal closure for current and future purposes
Work with the Leasing Manager on Churn strategy
Develop & maintain relationships, and network building with IPCs and corporate clients.
Manage the preparation of Client Proposals.
To prepare status report on the deals those are under various stages of progress/negotiations right from signing of LOI to commencement of business.
Convert Letter of Intent to Lease & License/ Sale Agreement, and close the Lease/ Sale deals within shortest possible time.
To ensure that the timelines are met with respect to taking possession of the premises by the client/s for fit outs and commencement of business and ensure that the clients’ fit outs are complete within stipulated time.
Trend Analysis and Market Research – Complete scan on Retail formats, competition, existing and upcoming Retail developments, regulatory framework, local laws, Retail procedures.
To ensure that the average rentals are achieved as per the business plan.
Co-ordinate with internal departments for driving leasing activities.
Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
Co-ordinate with retailers in getting good deals during promotions
Conducting Business Review Meetings with Tenants for improving business and long term business relationship
Requirements
Female/ Male
Age below 45
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business, management or real estate preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience in property management
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
