Job Duties

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
• Assist in quantifying materials and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with the quantity surveying team on project evaluations.
• Assist in cost analysis and budget tracking.
• Aid in the preparation of tender documents and cont racts.
• Assist in assessing variations and claims.
• Assist in conducting site visits and measurements.
• Support in maintaining accurate project records.
• Preparing Interim Payment Applications.
• Preparing Interim Payment certificates for sub- contractors.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD).
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity measurements.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience preferred
