Job Duties

• Operations Management: Oversee collision repairs, ensure quality and safety compliance, and optimize workflow.
• Insurance & Claims Handling: Manage insurance claims and coordinate with relevant parties for smooth processing.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support the body shop team to enhance efficiency and service standards.
• Customer Service & Compliance: Maintain high customer satisfaction, address complaints, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• NVQ 04, IVQ 03, or equivalent qualification in collision repair management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive collision repair management.
• Strong knowledge of repair techniques and insurance claim processes.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
