Execute banking-related duties,
including delivery and submission of instructed payments to banks and
authorized financial institutions with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform daily cheque collection
and bank deposits in accordance with finance department instructions and
company procedures.
Deliver and follow up on supplier
registration documents, bank forms, and official correspondence within
defined timelines.
Assist in tender documentation
handling, including collection, submission, and tracking of tenders and
quotations to relevant institutions.
Ensure secure handling,
transportation, and delivery of confidential and official documents,
maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
Adhere to company policies,
internal procedures, and legal / regulatory requirements at all times.
Plan and manage daily schedules
effectively to meet multiple deadlines and priority tasks.
Maintain accurate records and
acknowledgements for all documents and transactions handled.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity,
accountability, reliability, and organizational discipline in all assigned
duties.

Age below 35 years
Minimum 1 year of relevant
experience in a Banking Assistant, Office Assistant, Courier, or
Administrative Support role (preferred).
GCE Advanced Level (A/L)
completed.
Basic knowledge of banking
procedures, cheque handling, and official documentation processes.
Strong time management and
multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Valid riding license (mandatory).
High level of responsibility,
dependability, attention to detail, and compliance awareness.
Ability to follow instructions
accurately, maintain confidentiality, and represent the organization
professionally.
