Job Duties

• Planning and implementing shipment inspection.
• Attending to and completing repair jobs within the limits.
• Achieving the Service Agreements for the relevant instrument range in the given regions.
• Ensuring the availability of all operational and technical manuals sold by the company.
• Maintaining customer files for the assigned region.
• Responsible for maintaining installation and service protocols, for assigned instrument models. 

Requirements

• Male
• NVQ level 5 qualified or equivalent qualifications in electronic engineering. 
• Freshers are encouraged to apply. 
• Sound knowledge in fault diagnosis, repairs, servicing of electronic instruments. 
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure. 
• Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
