Brand Manager (Cosmetics) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Position the brand effectively in the Sri Lankan market to drive awareness and preference.
  • Work with creative agencies and internal teams to develop engaging campaigns.
  • Oversee ATL/BTL activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Monitor market trends to adjust branding and marketing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Launch new products or product lines as per brand strategy.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Track ROI and performance of all brand initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, digital, and other teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support sales efforts through brand-led activation and promotion strategies.
  • Measure brand performance using KPIs such as awareness, sales uplift, engagement, etc.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Male 
  • Age below 40
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management or product marketing (preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands).
  • Experience in handling full-cycle marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the Sri Lankan market landscape and consumer behavior.
