Job Duties 

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Understand the requirements and suggest effective and practical solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Roadmap planning, business process redesign, gap analysis & developing proof-of-concepts.
• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
• Build strong relationship with senior stakeholders locally as well as globally.
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues
• Support ongoing business intelligence, competitive & best practice efforts.
• Knowledge of consulting practices, solution conceptualization current technology concepts.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prepare detail requirement specifications, functional specification, use case & workflow diagrams & manage the requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
• Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
