Job Duties:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform project objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Build up a good rapport with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Regular meetings with respective sales teams to get the latest updates from major brands.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics/Science/Statistics or equivalent Qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in textile/ apparel industry or related field ( Any other industry work experience also considered with the right candidate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster strong relationships across departments.
