Job Dutie

• Manage and document Change Requests (CR) come through the business users, analyze and justify to the Digital Steering Committee for their approval.
• Propose technology solutions in consultation with the system architecture team for the CRs, maintain the relevant scope documents & spearhead the implementation with the relevant teams.
• To be the Business Partner who will work closely with the business users and resolve their pain points that may arise in the Systems and ensure that the same issue is not repeated by performing RCA
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Requirements 

• Male/Female
• Age below 40
• Degree in computer science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to effectively communicate & convince key business stakeholders.
• Experience in testing and mapping business scenarios.
• Familiarity with industry related systems and processors.
• Experience in working with ERP Systems.
