Job Duties:

• Identify potential clients and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC and insulation sectors.
• Promote and sell company products to construction-related clients including contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to clients.
• Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and applications.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to plan and execute effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on performance and opportunities.
• Travel to project sites and client locations as required for meetings and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Male 
• Age 24 years and above.
• Minimum GCE A/L qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC, insulation, or construction industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and email.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites in Colombo and outstation areas.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Professional attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
