Business Development Executive (Roller Door Industry) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the roller door and industrial shutter market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and property developers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business pitches to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the company's customer base.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with product developments and innovations in the roller door industry.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.


Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 40
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or roller door industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roller doors, shutters, and related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
