Business Development Manager Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services Checking, authorizing and uploading information to the system.
  • Generate sales leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Meet with customers/clients and presenting Company’s products and services.
  • Preparing proposals / quotations after identifying the requirements of the customers and follow up on winning the leads.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers to ensure continuous revenue generation from existing customers

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Management from a recognized university or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 03 years post experience preferably in B2B
  • .Excellent communication skills in, both English and Sinhala.
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and meet or exceed targets.
  • Good interpersonal skills for building and developing sound relationships with clients.
  • Experience in handling corporate customers with a solution selling mindset.
