Job Duties

• Develop and expand Lighting & Control product solutions in the Sri Lankan projects market.
• Analyze lighting industry trends, construction sector opportunities, and market dynamics to formulate effective business strategies.
• Identify and pursue commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure lighting projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, contractors, interior designers, architects, consultants, and project managers.
• Generate and manage a strong project sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver project solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets, business development KPIs, and project acquisition goals

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–10 years’ experience in project-based lighting sales or lighting solutions business development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive sales performance.
• Excellent understanding of lighting industry, building projects, construction sector, and lighting control systems.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented professional with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
